Our stay at Emmar was exceptional. The hotel's proximity to Al Haram was convenient plus they have a bus from the hotel to Al Haram which is pretty good and the drivers were nice. The room was clean and comfortable and despite facing minor issues, they made sure to resolve them. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Overall, it is a highly recommended hotel for a memorable stay in Mecca.

Great to stay, and the view of that room was amazing from the top especially in the evening. The smell in the room was beautiful and not that strong with the air refresher which the hotel cleaning staff used

The hotel is very nice, staff and everything.. The room was quite spacious. Love the interior. The problem is the distance from hotel to masjid haram. If you are planning to stay for 4 to days you can use there bus service as per there schedule. You have to wait for the bus.. otherwise the local transport is little bit costly. For one way to haram it will cost you around 35 to 40 Sar. Overall it was a good experience. 😊😊😊😊😊

Amazing and helpful staff, very clean rooms, daily housekeeping, shuttle bus to Haram, easy check in and check out process. We had a family of 20 staying and they gave us 5 rooms next to each other which was great! We were really taken care of and enjoyed our stay.
